Shipping and Return Policy

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. During periods of high demand such as holidays, sales and collection releases please allow more time your packages to be processed and shipped. Delivery times are determined by the shipping times selected during checkout. Note: USPS orders may experience a delay due to current Covid-19 Pandemic and are beyond our control. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Stitched by faith is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the package has been shipped.  A tracking number will be sent to your email once the package has shipped.

 

RETURN POLICY 
 We want you to be satisfied with your Stitched By Faith purchase. Although, Stitched By Faith does not offer cash refunds for returns, if an item does not work out, Stitched By Faith would be happy to process an exchange or offer you a store credit  that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned. 
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@stitchedbyfaith.com and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is received, we process your exchange and will ship out your new item at no additional shipping cost.
